The thank-you message has barely any content, so I think a member wrote it and staff just reviewed it. I heard rookies get approval before posting early on, so it's funny they just copy-pasted it without checking lol

Martin seems to write it, get a confirm from someone higher up at the company, then copy-paste what they send back after checking spelling and stuff. He just couldn't delete the part above it
