The collector behind kduckjil. It identifies itself and fetches very little.

What it does

Runs a few times a day, not continuously.
Reads robots.txt before every run and stops if it's disallowed (including a Content-Signal of ai-input=no).
On theqoo it opens one page of the HOT list and one page of a K-pop board, then the comment lists of at most 12 threads per run — never post bodies or usernames. At least 30 seconds between requests and no more than 84 requests a day.
Stores only short comment excerpts (100 characters or less), the comment time and a link to the thread.
Re-checks published comments a day and a week later and removes them from kduckjil if the original is gone.
